Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

At Pranessa, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and lab-pranessa diamonds. We warrant that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery, and that the optical properties of our lab-pranessadiamonds will never fade or cloud over time.

Each piece is manufactured to the highest standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase, applies only to Pranessa purchases, and is non-transferable.

Exclusions

• General wear and tear, scratching, trauma, loss of stones, product loss, theft, or improper cleaning/storage.
• Fading or discoloration of metals due to inadequate care (e.g., hot tubs, pools, perfume, chemicals).
• Worn or thinned prongs from normal use that may cause stones to loosen.
• Loss of stones caused by trauma or accidental damage.
• Repairs/services performed by third-party retailers not affiliated with Pranessa.

Warranty Service Process

1. Email Customer Service with your order number, images/videos of the issue, and details of how/when it occurred.
2. Our team will assess whether the repair qualifies under warranty.
3. If covered, we provide a prepaid insured shipping label and repair your item at no cost.
4. If not covered, we will send a repair estimate for your approval before proceeding.

All covered repairs include free insured shipping both ways. Non-covered repairs will only be completed once payment is received.

Repairs

Jewelry may require maintenance due to normal wear. We offer repair services at our U.S. facility to maintain the integrity of your piece. Common repairs include replacing side stones, tightening prongs, polishing, rhodium re-plating, and cleaning.

Note: International orders are not eligible for resizing due to customs and tax regulations.

Free Ring Sizing

If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, Pranessa offers one free resizing within 30 days of shipment for U.S. orders. Simply ship the ring back, and we will adjust it if possible. Eternity-style rings require a complete remake, which we offer once within the 30-day period.

Additional resizing is available for a fee, provided the integrity of the ring is not compromised. Resizing is not available for international orders.

Extend Product Protection

For extra peace of mind, Pranessa offers Extend Product Protection. This plan covers accidental damage and breakage not included under our warranty, such as chipped stones, bent clasps, and loss of diamonds or gemstones. Extend also offers refinishing, repolishing, rhodium plating, and resizing after 60 days of purchase.

Coverage is available from 1 year to lifetime. If Extend cannot repair your jewelry, it will be replaced. Claims can be filed online 24/7. Limitations and exclusions apply.
