Return Policy

Free 30-Day Returns (U.S. Customers)

At Pranessa, we offer a complimentary 30-day return policy with FREE return shipping via FedEx for U.S. orders. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days from the date the order ships.


Return Policies — Key Rules

  • Once your return request is accepted, you have 7 days to ship the return.
  • All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original documentation.
  • Returns missing the diamond certificate (where applicable) are subject to a $100 replacement fee per missing card.
  • Items modified, engraved, or resized by a third party are not returnable.
  • Returns showing signs of wear or damage will be refused.
  • Packages without a Return Shipping Authorization Number, or packages refused at delivery, will not be accepted for refund.
  • We reserve the right to limit or terminate access for Returns Abusers; see our Terms & Conditions for details.

Refunds & Store Credit

Returns to Original Payment: Most items (including pre-designed styles and "Design Your Ring" styles) are refundable to the original form of payment.

Store Credit Only: High Jewelry, Special Orders, and Truly Custom orders may be returned for store credit only. If an item is only eligible for store credit, this will be disclosed on the product detail page.

For Truly Custom pieces converted to a re-design using store credit, the re-designed piece is final sale after completion. Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and Repair processes remain applicable.

Cash-Back Offers: Orders that used a non-reversible third-party cash-back offer are not eligible for a full refund and can only be returned for store credit.

How to Return an Order

1. Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team to begin the return. If your return is eligible, we will email a FedEx prepaid shipping label including your Return Authorization Number. The label is valid for 7 days from issuance.

2. Prepare Your Return

  1. Include all original packaging, the return packing slip, and diamond certificates (if applicable). Missing certificates may result in a $100 deduction per card.
  2. Place the jewelry inside the original jewelry box, then place that box inside a larger shipping box (we recommend the original shipping box or a FedEx box).
  3. Seal the box, affix the prepaid label, and do not write "jewelry," "diamonds," or similar descriptions on the exterior for security reasons.

3. Ship Your Return

Drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location. Keep your FedEx receipt as proof of shipment — it acts as proof of insurance. We are not responsible for packages dropped in FedEx drop boxes or at non-FedEx staffed locations. If you choose another carrier, you are responsible for return shipping charges and any loss/damage during transit.

Refund Process

Receipt & Inspection

Returned items are inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Inspection may take up to 7 business days after receipt.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds for pre-designed and Design Your Ring styles will be issued back to the original payment method (or by check for certain payment types).
  • Refunds for High Jewelry, Special Orders, and Truly Custom orders will be issued as store credit.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
