• Crafted just for you, with an average creation time of ~3 weeks.
• An Estimated Shipping Date is provided on the product page, in your bag, at checkout, and in your order receipt email.
• Most orders ship on or before the Estimated Shipping Date; some may ship shortly after due to craftsmanship and quality checks.
• Once ready, orders ship via FedEx 2Day® (U.S.) or FedEx International Economy (2–5 days) at no cost.
• Expedited U.S. delivery available via FedEx Priority Overnight® (additional fee). Production time of up to ~3 weeks still applies.

Shipping Policies

• Signature required for all deliveries.
• We ship to physical home or business addresses only (no P.O. Boxes).
• For security, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.
• We cannot re-direct packages to alternate addresses after ordering.
• FedEx generally makes three (3) delivery attempts. After the third attempt, packages are returned to Pranessa; we will contact you for next steps.
• Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect/updated address information.
