These terms and conditions apply to this website (collectively the “Site”), operated by AJS Creations LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively hereinafter “AJS”). Please read these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) carefully. By visiting and/or using the Site in any way, such as browsing products or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound, do not use the Site.

Arbitration

These Terms and Conditions and your use of this Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute, claim, or controversy (“Claims”) shall be resolved by binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless brought in small claims court. Arbitration must proceed on an individual basis only, and by agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a jury trial. This arbitration provision shall survive termination.

Change of Terms

AJS reserves the right to change or add new terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

All content, including designs, text, graphics, images, logos, software, and other materials (“Site Materials”), are the proprietary property of AJS or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international laws. Content may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Trademarks

All product names, service names, logos, and trademarks on the Site are the property of AJS or licensors. Unauthorized use, including metatags or “hidden text,” is strictly prohibited.

Use of the Site

You are granted a personal, limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for informational and non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use, such as resale, scraping, automated data collection, or derivative works, is prohibited and may result in termination.

Product Availability

Products may sell out quickly. Orders may be cancelled if products become unavailable, even after confirmation. In rare cases, availability changes after shipping confirmation; in such cases, AJS may rescind the order and refund.

Pricing

Prices may be incorrect due to system or typographical errors. AJS reserves the right to correct errors and adjust prices at any time. If an order is placed at an incorrect lower price, AJS may cancel or contact the customer before shipping. Promotions and discounts are subject to AJS discretion.

Payments

Accepted payments: PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards, bank wires (over $500), and financing options (Affirm, Katapult). By submitting payment, you authorize AJS or its processors to charge your method of payment.

Accounts & Orders

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Users under 18 may only use the Site under parental supervision. AJS reserves the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion.
